Submit your listing information online. Every application is reviewed by Bridging Families Administration before anything is published.

How publication works

Your submission is saved as Pending Review. It does not appear in the public directory until Bridging Families Administration reviews and publishes it. If you report completing Bridging Families Academy training, Administration will verify that separately before applying the official training-completion badge.

Listing Type & Identity

Tell us whether this application is for an individual provider or an organization.

For an individual provider who works with an agency/company. Administration can connect the individual profile to an existing agency listing during review.

Logo or Profile Image

Upload a company logo or professional provider photo. If omitted, the directory uses the generic placeholder.

PNG, JPG/JPEG, or WebP. Maximum 5 MB. Square images work best.

Service Area & Services

Select all California counties and services that apply.

Select one or more counties. On Mac, hold Command while clicking additional counties; on Windows, hold Ctrl.
Separate multiple languages with commas.

Provide public-facing information that helps families understand your services.

Other training is provider-reported and does not receive the Bridging Families Academy badge.

Bridging Families Academy Training

This question is for verification only. Applicants cannot award themselves the Academy badge.

Verification required: Your application will still enter Pending Review with no Academy badge. Bridging Families Administration must verify completion in Academy records before the badge can be enabled.

Information approved for publication may appear in the public Provider Directory. See the Privacy Policy.
